Name
Weaving Workshops at the Gadigal Centre Hub on the Quadrangle Front Lawns
Time
2:15 PM - 3:15 PM
Description

Join Gadigal Centre staff and community members for weaving workshops. Learn key words of language, share stories, and gain insights into the social and cultural knowledge embedded in traditional Indigenous coil weaving techniques.

There is something magic when a group of people are sitting together and weaving. Unexpected conversations start to happen, people get to know one another on a new level, and then suddenly, you have a creation in your hands, made with love and positive energy.

All are welcome to join the workshops, and although an hour has been allocated, participants may finish their weaving early or stay later for a cuppa!
