Fisher library Rare Books and Special Collections Experience
Join Fisher Library’s staff for a unique opportunity to handle some hand-selected examples from the University of Sydney's Rare Books & Special Collections. Turn the pages and learn the history of some very rare texts under their careful guidance. The library's collection includes early printed books from Europe, Australia, America, and Asia. We also collect high-quality facsimiles, examples of fine printing and binding, and modern limited editions. Included in our holdings are pre-2013 University of Sydney higher degree theses and the University of Sydney publications. There are more than 170,000 items in our collections.
