Esteemed athletes Chloe Dalton OAM and Carmen Marton OLY will join Football Australia Board Member Jackie Lee Joe in an enlightening session that will delve into key topics relating to elite sport, gender equity and the Australian sporting landscape. 
Get ready for an engaging and thought-provoking panel discussion that will dive into the current state of women's sports in Australia and the path to greater equity and success on the world stage! Our speakers will unpack the transformative impact of the recent FIFA World Cup, share their personal stories of overcoming challenges, and reveal the strategies that have propelled them to the top levels of their respective sports. They'll also spotlight their fervent advocacy for fairness and inclusivity in Australian sports and the vital roles of institutions and the media in achieving this. 
This is a must-attend event for sports enthusiasts, gender equity advocates, and those interested in the future of Australian sports.
Our speakers:
•    Chloe Dalton OAM is one of Australia’s few triple sport elite athletes, having played basketball (Sydney Uni Flames) and rugby professionally, Chloe currently plays AFLW for the Western Sydney Giants. An Olympic-Gold athlete, she is also the founder and host of The [female] athlete project podcast, which shares and amplifies stories of epic Aussie [female] athletes.
•    Carmen Marton OLY is Australia's top Taekwondo athlete with a World Championship title, a three-time Olympian, and a recent MBA graduate at the University of Sydney Business School. She's also a passionate advocate for the Pink Belt Project, using Taekwondo to empower women who've endured domestic violence trauma.

•    Jackie Lee Joe is a marketing and digital transformation expert, having held roles in major brands such as BBC and Netflix. She serves on the Board of Directors of Football Australia and is involved with Global Sisters, a platform supporting women in business.
